Cancellation Period

You have the right to cancel the purchased services, specifically the “SFA Funded Evaluation,” within 14 days of the purchase date. This cancellation period begins from the date of purchase and ends on the 14th day following the purchase date.

Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund during the cancellation period, the following conditions must be met:

  • No Trades Initiated: You must not have opened any trades or utilized the account for trading purposes.
  • Unbreached Rules: The account must be in compliance with all trading rules and conditions as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Once trading activity begins, the refund policy no longer applies, and refunds will not be issued.

Requesting a Refund

  • Date of Purchase
  • Reason for the Refund Request

Refund requests submitted after the 14-day cancellation period or for accounts with trading activity will not be eligible for refunds.

Refund Process
  • Approval Timeline: Once we receive a valid refund request, it will be reviewed, and an approval or rejection notification will be sent to you within 2 business days.
  • Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The refunded amount may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Refund Amount
  • Refunds will be issued for the total cost of the purchased service, minus any applicable administrative or processing fees.
  • If any discounts or promotions were applied at the time of purchase, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price.
Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • If trading activity has been initiated on the account.
  • If the account has been breached or violated any rules outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
  • For add-ons, extensions, or additional features purchased after the initial account registration.
